Achieve pull-ups, chin-ups or muscle-ups more easily with the Light PTP SuperBand. It provides up to 22.7 kg (50 lb.) worth of lift, making it that little bit easier for you to get up when practicing on bars. All you need to do is to thread your SuperBand onto a fixed elevated bar (chin-up bar or monkey bars) and slowly step into it to feel the leverage.
You can also use your SuperBand to run against the resistance, which can be particularly useful to increase your power and perform better in any sport where strength and velocity are essential. Manufactured through a special layering process, the SuperBand is thick and robust, and provides a smooth elastic resistance.
