Are you able to perform pull-ups, chin-ups or muscle-ups on your own, but would love to be able to perform more reps or improve your technique? The Ultra Light PTP SuperBand is designed to provide little assistance to lift your own body weight. With a resistance spanning between 2.3 and 6.8 kg (25.1 - 50 lb.) at full extension, this SuperBand is our lightest level of resistance.
It is the ideal SuperBand for you if you already possess a strong upper body strength, but need that extra bit of leverage to spring into action on the pull-up bar.
How does it work? Simply thread your PTP SuperBand onto monkey bars (or a pull-up bar) and slowly step into it. When used for explosive training or resistance training exercises, this particular SuperBand will provide you with a limited level of challenge.
