This RockTape HookGrip tape provides pre-cut strips sized to protect weightlifters thumbs when using the hookgrip technique. They've taken a standard 2” (5cm) x 16’ (5m) roll of RockTape and pre-cut 32 x 15cm strips that easily tear off for quick use. That means less time taping, and more time lifting!
Features:
- Protects thumbs and provides increased grip during high volume barbell lifts
- Approved for use in all competitions (as long as the tip of the thumb is exposed)
- Pre-cut strips for quick and easy application - 6” (15cm) long and 2” (5cm) wide to fit all thumbs
- Includes 32 strips - enough for approximately 16 lifting sessions
