Here's Our Shipping Policy (Aka: How Your Stuff Gets to You)

Getting your order to you is kind of a big deal. Here's how it all works — with answers to the questions you're probably already asking.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Order before 2 pm AEST on a weekday and it ships same day (weekends excluded – we're only human). 

Delivery times:

  • Australia: Express 1-4 days, Standard 2-8 days
  • International: 5-20 days*

Order processing time:

  • Order by 2 pm AEDT on a weekday? Same-day dispatch. (We don't mess around.)
  • After 2 pm AEDT? Next business day.
  • Weekends or public holidays? Next business day. (Recovery days are important. For us and you.)

High volume delays: If we're slammed with orders (which is a good problem to have), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We'll keep you posted. 

Who Ships My Order?

We use Australia Post exclusively, shipping from Liverpool NSW, Australia. (They know what they're doing. We trust them. So should you.)

Where Do You Ship?

We ship worldwide. Literally anywhere Australia Post goes, we go. (Yes, that includes your remote cousin's farm in Tasmania.)

Shipping restrictions:

  • We can ship to Parcel Lockers, PO Boxes, and Post Offices — you just pick it up from there (standard fees apply). Australia Post has more info here.
  • We reserve the right to refuse shipment to certain locations due to logistical or safety concerns. (It's rare, but it happens.)

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

FREE on Aussie orders over A$200. Otherwise:

  • Australia: Standard from A$9.99, Express from A$14.99
  • International: from A$19.99*

*Your country might charge tax/duty on arrival. Check first. (Yeah, we wish it was simpler too.)

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Shipping times start once your order's dispatched. For delivery estimates specific to your area, check Australia Post's site. We ship from Liverpool NSW, Australia. (Home sweet warehouse.)

Note: We are not responsible for packages delayed due to weather, natural disasters, or customs inspections. We wish we controlled the weather. We don't. Steve tried once. It didn't go well.

Does My Order Include Insurance and Signature on Delivery?

  • Under A$300: No signature needed. Trust falls with Australia Post.
  • Over A$300: Automatic signature on delivery. (We're keeping this one safe.)
  • Over A$500: Signature and insurance — because we're not messing around with expensive orders.
  • Want insurance but under the threshold? Add it at checkout.
  • We might request a signature on any order if it feels right. Trust us. We have good instincts.

How Do I Track My Order?

We'll email you tracking info as soon as your order ships. Then you can obsessively check its location every 20 minutes. (We've all been there.)

It may take 24 hours after shipment for tracking information to update. (Give the system a minute to catch up.)

What If I Miss My Delivery?

If you miss your delivery, check Australia Post's Guidelines for collection options. (Parcel lockers, post offices — they've got solutions.)

Word of warning: Wrong or incomplete shipping address? That's a minimum $20 re-shipping fee depending on location. 

Double-check your address before hitting "order." Your wallet will thank you.

What If My Package Is Lost, Stolen, or Damaged?

We want your order to arrive safely. Here's what to do:

Lost packages: Contact us below with your order number. We'll work with Australia Post to locate it or offer a replacement/refund. (We've got your back.)

Damaged packages: Take photos of the damage and submit them in the Return Portal within 7 days of receipt. We'll sort it out. Quality matters to us.

Can I Change My Shipping Address After Placing an Order?

Orders can only be updated before they're shipped. Contact us immediately below with your order number and we'll do our best to catch it in time.
