Australian orders get free returns within 30 days of purchase. Some T&Cs apply. (Legal made us say that. But honestly, they're pretty standard.)

How Returns Work

Four simple steps. Follow these and you're golden. (Or refunded. Whichever you prefer.)

1. Submit Your Request

Head to our Returns Centre and submit an online return request using your Email and Order Number. Easy.

2. Pack Your Items

Print the return label we send you and pack your item(s). (Yes, it’s better to have the original packaging. Yes, we know it's annoying. Yes, it's necessary.)

3. Lodge Your Parcel

Take your package to your local post office and lodge your return. This is the hardest step. Literally. You have to leave the house.

4. We'll Handle the Rest

We'll email you when your parcel arrives back to us and again when your return is processed. Then we wait for Australia Post. (The most frustrating part of any return process. Sorry.)

Please read before submitting to make sure your return gets accepted. (We don't want to reject returns. But we also can't accept overused stuff. You understand.)

Free returns for all Australian orders within 30 days of purchase.

Your return needs to meet these requirements:

  1. Submit your return request online within 30 days of purchase. (Set a reminder. Or don't. But then don't blame us.)
  2. Post your items within 14 days of submitting your request. Two weeks. Plenty of time. Unless you forget. Don't forget.
  3. Items must be unworn and unused with original tags attached – except for trying on sizes. (Try it on. Check the fit. But don't wear it to the gym and then return it. We'll know.)
  4. Items must be in original packaging and condition with all tags, booklets, and extras included. Yes, all of it. Even the stuff you thought was just trash.
  5. Security seal stickers must be intact for returns. (Breaking the seal = keeping the product. Those are the rules.)
  6. Damaged or defective items require photo evidence. (Show us the damage. We need receipts. Literally and figuratively.)

What you CAN'T return:

  1. Gift Cards. Once purchased, they're yours forever. Or whoever you gift them to.
  2. Change-of-mind items. We wish we could. But we can't accept “I just don't want it anymore” as a return reason.
  3. Items missing original packaging, booklets, or tags. (This is why keeping the packaging matters. We told you.)
  4. Items damaged or altered from original condition—unless they arrived that way. (In which case, we'll absolutely replace them.)
  5. Health and personal care items. Nobody wants used lotion. Nobody.

The important stuff:

  1. Return shipping to us: FREE. Exchange shipping to you: $9.99. (We're covering most of it. That's something.)
  2. Exchange items out of stock? You get 110% store credit via eGift Card. (Bonus 10%. We're trying to make it right.)
  3. Don't mail items back without submitting an online return request first. No RMA number = no acceptance = you pay return postage. Just follow the process. Please.
  4. Returning a gift? You need the Order Number and Email from the original purchaser. All emails go to the purchase email unless you specify otherwise in your request. (We're not trying to ruin surprises. Just following protocol.)
  5. Free returns are Australian customers only, one per order. Additional returns cost you postage. We're generous. Not unlimited.
  6. Policy violations = $20 fee per item, deducted from refund or charged for re-shipping. (Follow the rules and this won't happen.)
  7. Wrong or incomplete address? If your order returns to us, we deduct $20 from your refund for return shipping and handling. Double-check your address. Seriously!
