The Light Powertube provides a resistance range* of 3.6 kg - 7.65 kg (7.9 lbs - 16.9 lbs). The Medium Powertube provides a resistance range* of 4.9 kg - 11 kg (10.8 lbs - 24.3 lbs). The Heavy Powertube provides a resistance range* 8.45 kg - 19.05 kg (18.6 lbs - 42 lbs) . (*This range indicates the increasing resistance provided as the Powertubes are stretched from their original length to up to three times their size.)
