The PTP Resistance System is a compact version of the original "Gym in a bag", providing 3 different levels of resistance tubing as well as PTP power handles and PTP indoor anchor. Perfect for training the whole body by improving muscular strength and endurance whilst promoting muscle growth.
The Resistance System (RS) is highly versatile and convenient. It comes with a set of Power Handles and PTP indoor anchor, you can train anywhere at anytime. 3 different levels of resistance tube are ideal for training the whole body by improving muscular strength and endurance whilst promoting muscle growth.
All tubes come with the build-in Safety inner cord makes it a safe choice for resistance training.The RS comes with the ability to increase or decrease the resistance when you train, by adding or removing an additional tube(s).
- The Powertube Elite LIGHT is designed to improve muscle strength and endurance due to the increased resistance.
- The Powertube Elite MEDIUM is designed to provide strength and endurance training as well as promote muscle growth.
