The PTP Total Resistance Gym (TRG) is the foundation of PTP’s “Gym in a Bag” concept. It’s an all-in-one resistance training system designed to build strength, improve tone, and boost mobility, everything you need, packed into a single carry bag.
TRG includes: Power Handles, Ankle Straps, Door Anchor, Outdoor Anchor + five high quality stackable resistance tubes, now featuring a new Ultra Light level for easier progression and greater accessibility. Allowing you to perform hundreds of exercises for upper body, lower body, and core.
If you're a busy parent, rehabbing an injury or just looking to workout at home/in the park, TRG turns any door or post into a functional gym. Compact, versatile, and easy to use this kit is your complete gym - anytime, anywhere.

Care Instructions:
- Pre-stretch the bands before use
- Avoid stretching your resistance bands in storage as this can cause them to lose elasticity over time. Instead, fold them up for storage.
- Store the bands in a cool, dry place to prevent morphing and deterioration. Keep them away from direct sunlight and heat to prevent brittleness.
- Wipe them down with a damp cloth after use.
- To help maintain elasticity and extend lifespan you can spray with a lubricant.

How much is shipping?
FREE on Aussie orders over A$200. Otherwise:
- Australia: Standard from A$9.99, Express from A$14.99
- International: from A$19.99*

When will my order arrive?
Order before 2pm AEST on a weekday and it ships same day (weekends excluded – we're only human).
Delivery times:
