By utilising your own body weight to sustain pressure and roll, the X Roller allows you to perform self-myofascial release (SMR). Designed to deeply penetrate through the layers of soft tissue, this roller is ideal to massage and release tight muscles. It's more suitable for individuals with a high pain threshold. The unique textured surface offers different massage sensations throughout the body.
