RockTape RockFloss Flossing Band - 2" x 7' is a reusable mobility tool that can help you move better and with less pain. RockFloss is a simple, latex, elastic band, that fits easily in your gym bag or backpack. It’s 7ft long and is available in 2" and 4" widths to fit a variety of muscle groups and applications.
RockFloss uses the science of compression and fascial shearing to help ‘unstick’ muscles and joints so they move better and with less pain. Each box includes detailed instructions on how to use RockFloss plus detailed "How To" videos available online.

Order before 2pm AEST on a weekday and it ships same day (weekends excluded – we're only human).
