The PTP Core Dome in Lime colour is the combination of a BOSU Ball and a resistance band anchor. It allows you to clip on any PTP PowerTube resistance bands to the base while you stand on the core dome. Alternating, you can use the PTP Core Dome by itself for advanced bodyweight and resistance training like push-ups, planks, squats etc.
