This TRX FIT System Suspension Trainer is the Do‐It‐yourself gym for building muscle, getting lean and burning fat. The TRX FIT is our lightest, most basic suspension trainer, that can be set up anywhere in less than 60 seconds for an intense workout that will get you in amazing shape fast. It is a tool to activate your core, and strengthen the total body. With the TRX FIT, you get 100+ exercises you can increase (or decrease) in difficulty using your bodyweight.

How much is shipping?
FREE on Aussie orders over A$150. Otherwise:
- Australia: Standard from A$9.99, Express from A$14.99
- International: from A$19.99*
*Your country might charge tax/duty on arrival. Check first. (Yeah, we wish it was simpler too.)
When will my order arrive?
Order before 2pm AEST on a weekday and it ships same day (weekends excluded – we're only human).
Delivery times:
- Australia: Express 1-4 days, Standard 2-8 days
- International: 5-20 days*

What's your returns policy?

When is the dispatch cut-off time?
2pm AEST weekdays:
- Order BEFORE 2pm AEST weekdays → same-day dispatch
- Order AFTER 2pm AEST or weekends → next business day dispatch
